When it comes to power amps, it's all about power, reliability and price.
Thankfully, TAPCO's new Juice Series—the J•800, J•1400 and J•2500—delivers on
all fronts. In developing these amps, we devised a rigorous power amp test,
which was literally un-passable by dozens of name-brand amps on the market
today. Our new Juice Series passed the test with flying colors.
Pure Premium Power
We stacked our Juice Series 2-channel power
amplifiers up against countless, often grossly more expensive amplifiers from
the competition. Through rigorous quality and performance tests, these other
amps crapped out one by one until only the Juice Series remained. So you won't
have to worry—they deliver gobs of power and maintain their high quality sound
for volumes ranging from quiet to cranked. With three models delivering 800,
1400 and 2500 watts of premium power amplification you're sure to find a Juice
Series amp.
Features you can use
Sure, the Juice Series look great, but who's
going to see them in a rack on side of the stage? You will, that's who. That's
why we added some nice extras to make your job easier. The front-panel includes
a volume control and bright Signal Presence and Overload LEDs for each channel.
A tour around the back will reveal a Mode Select switch for mono/stereo/bridged
mono operation, a 30Hz Subsonic Filter for eliminating the lowest of the low
frequencies, plus a main breaker and Clip Limiter circuit for amplifier and
loudspeaker protection. Balanced ¼-inch and XLR inputs plus separate binding
post and Speakon® outputs for fast setup and no hunting for adapters.
Great for every application
Whether you're setting up for band
practice in the garage, waking up at 5 P.M. to get to the club for tonight's
gig, or at the club waiting for the bass player to arrive for sound check, you
can count on Juice amplification to deliver exceptional sound quality without
fail. The 800-watt J•800 is great for smaller coffeehouse gigs where you're
amplifying a couple of guitars and a few vocals. It's also sweet for driving
reference monitors in your home studio. Step it up a notch in power with the
1400-watt J•1400 — great at small rock and DJ gigs for driving mains or on—stage
monitors. And if that's still not enough power, there's the ultra-powerful
J•2500 with a blistering 2500 watts per channel at 4 ohms.
