Q: How can we order?

A: Once you have registered with us & we have sent you your login information you can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will happily speak with you on the phone or one of our team may pay you a personal visit (depending on location). We do ask for an order number with all educational orders.

Q: How do we pay?

A: We provide all education accounts with a 14 day credit facility. This allows you to decide that the goods ordered are the goods you really want & need. An invoice will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If your establishment prefers to pay via credit / debit card, we are happy to take payment via this method.

Q: I am at school can I get educational prices?

A: Yes you can as long as your instrument is ordered and paid for by the school you attend. We often run campaigns with schools which give you promotion codes via your school - this gets you special discounts on certain products.

Q: What discount is there for educational establishments?

A: This can vary from product to product. Our margins are quite low on many products so discounts vary from product to product.
