Hi, I have bought lots of guitar kits and they're fantastic. Had no probs with parts missing - I spray mine in nitro getting a pro finish, if anyone wants advice on painting just email me and I will only be too glad to help, car paint is no good as it stays soft whereas nitreo is rock hard. I fit my own skunk strips to the necks, and cut my own head stocks, and adjust the playing action - when done they're a good guitar. Ok, you can buy a guitar made up and cheaper, but hey this is your own creation, all i can say is Music King looks after me and i would recommend their products to anyone. ps if i could aford it i would buy loads of kits i just love making them up to my own design, i have even been asked to sell some but they're my babies, the pleasure one gets from making a guitar is so good it really takes your mind off the busy lifestyle we all have for a few hours. Sarah and James are lovely people to deal with and will bend over backwards to help. Cannot say in words how good the kits are just love em .................. geoff |
