How we want to support you

At the Music King we are passionate about creating music and being from the West Midlands we want to help support the music talent of the region. If you play in a band, DJ in a club or aspire to be the next Black Sabbath or Led Zepplin, we want to hear from you.

The Academy has been established to work with local musical talent to help them promote themselves in the region.

National Advertising Campaign competition

We are running a competition to feature a West Midlands based band in our national advertising campaign running in Guitar & Bass magazine. You and your band could benefit from a professional photo shoot, feature in the magazine and have your band spotlighted on the Music King website. To enter the competition just drop in store and fill out an application form.

Sponsored Gigs

We love live music and we are passionate supporters of gigs around the Midlands. You can find Music King supported gigs at Wychbury Inn, Hagley every Thursday night and also at Benjamins, Halesowen. If you have a gig or event you want us to consider supporting drop in store or email gigs@themusicking.co.uk.

Promote your gig or event

Drop in store to post your gig or event on our gig notice board. We are also happy to promote and sell tickets to your event in store.
